The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 2022022类似于前些年的《升级》，这种探讨人类伦理和科技之间的针锋相对的软科幻才是有滋有味。社会化的我可以给家人以交代，能做出这样的选择至少在本质上他是个善良的人
身怀绝症之人要如何延续自己的身体机能、记忆以及情感，要如何学会告别，这部电影给出了一份答案。在冷感科幻的氛围里，平静温柔地讲述了男主做出最终决定的这一过程。想起了黑镜中的某一集，只是那是站在逝去亲人那一方的角度来看待问题的，但感情同样动人。
三星半 创意好 视角妙 执行的也不错 娓娓道来 不失温情
电影细节的描写非常好 剧情有很多可以思考的点 虽然是超现实的未来电影 但是也映射出人想要接受和放下的痛苦和挣扎 不放心任何人可以代替自己 就算那个人就是自己也不行
克隆人题材，焦点不是伦理问题，而是生命的延续和人格的交接。
主题立意还是有些探讨性的，结局很悲伤，但存有一丝悲怆的暖意……
老套的克隆设定，刻意设置的冲突，让这部电影看着非常拧巴，最重要的是这个所谓的爱与死亡的主题实在肤浅，尽管大部分世人都深陷于此——但其实这提醒了我一件事，那就是电影不是为了那些“成熟”的观众看的，而是为了更多没有看过和感受过的人拍摄。这正是艺术和人类的关系。
