The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 一个中国导演能拍出这样的片子很不错。有时让我想起瓦尔达。不过把丧亲之痛与寻求自由的人生态度混在一起谈，有些重心不明确。
期盼科恩嫂突破自己演得更好；音乐格调差评；勿跟马力克往一块套，政治正确小甜品一份。
福恩是跟谁较劲啊？她自己吧…她最终还是回去了一趟，然后，又上路了。赵婷的第三部作品（前两部并没看过），这宋丹丹闺女说总是拍这种特贴近生活的故事。老无所依，无房所依，将以何种心态，何种方式，面对死亡？当福恩最后一站面对的，不就是这个冷酷、如山崖海边澎湃的世界吗。9分。
导演视角、演员表演、角色困境融为一体，看似荒野中四顾茫然的人生，但每一程都使“人”的力量加增一分。

气氛还是有点味道的，不过始终对这种散文式电影没啥感觉。
低配版《拾穗者》，1. unfortunately dwelling on kinship rather than after kinship；2. 太靠音乐藏拙。Frances很擅长weird and stubborn的角色。看不出来女主角到底迷茫还是不迷茫，要还是不要什么。
