The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 第一次看女神自导自编自演的电影，很喜欢这个质感。尽管一个是护士，一个是病人，但都在那个压抑的父权体制之下苟延残喘，她们的相遇也萌发了意识的觉醒，中间两人互文的画面很棒。Geneviève锁上大门，让Eugénie快走时说的那句“Je sui livre”，之后坦然成为一个病人让我很受触动。就是感觉Eugénie通灵的技能有点过于玄乎，也让影片偏离了理性而更显感性。
这个故事好奇怪啊，到底是要魔法还是不要魔法啊？？但美术还是绝美，音乐也好。

把女人悲惨的境地用很美的方式表达出来，惊艳!
只有歌舞和色彩还算是稳的，我在迪士尼第60部看到了魔法城堡裂痕加剧。
多年过去了，女神变成熟了。女性向作品，女性版飞跃疯人院。
尤金妮有男人不曾得到，也无法理解，只能贬低为疯狂低等的通灵之力。这个力量或许可以解释为人性与共情。
情节、场景偏分散、琐碎，过于强调情绪的细微变化。表达并非深刻，但意图较明显。
这个动画就像现在的迪士尼，明明魔法快不行了，还要告诉全世界我还强着呢。

以疯子为名将你开除人籍，然后便可以随意宰制，为所欲为。
真正的疯子正是人性的失控
剧作太蛋疼了……大概就是个非法移民奋斗史的metaphor，剧情感受不到什么思想内核，也没有抓人之处，TVB的《爱回家》都不至于拍成这样。比起去年圣诞看的《Soul》，今年圣诞看的这部真是……扶额再见。
恰恰在电影中，存在这样一女性，她看得见灵魂，这无疑是对正常看不见灵魂，只信仰上帝的人的一种外在的否定，在普遍信仰上帝的正常人中诞生的一个看的见非上帝的女性，普遍性的人不禁否定她，因为如果不否定她，不把她送进精神病院，就意味着这群普遍性的人的崇高信仰的坍塌。
我一开始以为是一个因为女性思想开放而被迫害的故事，然鹅后面发现真是玄学…
为什么她没有自主决定命运的能力，因为她不能有
阴暗、寒冷、深深的无力感。
