The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. C+ 蛮俗套的剧情，还是会略引起观众的小感动～全片最喜欢原声trouble响起时两人在海滩嬉闹的场景. 只是拍法和台本还是太单调清新(??)，戳爷和男二cp感几乎为零，还不如大母0⃣️的单人戏.

表现过于平淡和范式化，像MV，一度拉进度条，后半段优于前半段，troye好帅，表演也不错。
简单来说就是...MV质感的美剧...

集结了小清新元素的电影，戳爷在欧美人里的颜里的确显小，整部的色彩还是挺明亮的，喜欢
如果是想看谈恋爱啦或者看更深刻的东西
冲着戳爷来看，片子却很无聊………如果不是臣服于他的颜值这片子可以不用看了。
MTV出品的mv电影，男TS的脸还是能打，本色出演的同时，又是一部发生在夏天的男同故事：August slipped away into a moment in time~
拍成剧集应该会很好看 感觉配角有很多故事可以深入讲讲 特别是Esther的家庭背景/期待戳演员未来更多佳作！（片尾旧照大集合完全看不出这么多年的变化 冻龄少年戳老师👌🏻
不过戳爷好适合这种毒舌甜心设定，易碎感和少年的性感都稳稳拿捏，演技也在线，整体就是赏心悦目。

最后告诉你友情才是真的，男人都是假的，看这类的电影就会很治愈啊，男主需要爱的治愈，我需要男主治愈，最最让我纠结的就是他们上床为什么不拖鞋啊，疯了！
故事没有预期得精彩，但电影风格是真的和戳爷配一脸啊！印度小哥也帅！
