The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 小卡司阵容在小成本小空间里完成的这部小作品竟然把悬念一直拉到结尾，实在算是聪明之作了。
为了女主量身打造的一出戏，导演编剧都是男人，这种讨好太过明显，以至于男人成了愚蠢的工具人，最终的结果成了玩笑。

除了最后花妞林狗的出现有点惊喜，整个剧情本以为该是很搞笑的却未曾想有些尬
好尬的剧啊，狗血的情节，浮夸的演技，没有主线和逻辑，笑点也很奇怪，没什么好看的。

结局太差，不是不可以如此设计，而是这样的话前面需要更多铺垫。总体来讲是个有趣的黑色小品，半封闭空间戏主要依靠调度能力和演员发挥，两部分都不错，所以就挺可惜。莉莉老了，但还是美的。
老甲壳虫车的老演员真的很让人动容啊～演技果然是老戏骨派！
