The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. lmm的首部电影作品 画面转场节奏叙事都令人满意 等着拿奖吧
比较纯粹的歌舞片。
加菲尔德演得还是挺用力的，可总觉得他还是《血战钢锯岭》中的样子，没法跳脱成音乐人。另外对原型人物Jon也没啥了解，不知他好在哪里，影片中的歌曲，说实话，没有一首好听的，都比较一般吧，难以让人感到共鸣。
我毫无疑问地热爱，赞美LMM，加菲和Rent。但是对我而言差了一口气，作为“颇受赞誉的冲奥电影”。但是可以作为“看完Rent之后了解作者的其他作品的电影，btw导演是LMM还有很多大咖客串”。
LMM的音乐和灵感真的是赶上这个时代了，幸事啊，算是writer里面混的头一份了
纯剧本层面只能三星半，歌曲与现实的变换很有想法，但也没那么惊艳，是音乐剧与电影形式的巧妙交互
同为LMM的作品，比起《In the Heights》，我更喜欢这部（好多重合的演员），不仅剧情跟紧凑，歌曲也更好，加菲的表演很加分。ITH中只有一首印象深刻的歌，这部则太多了，最喜欢的还是Therapy，特别是歌词，笑死我了：I'm saying I feel bad, that you feel bad；About me feeling bad, about you feeling bad；About what I said, about what you said；About me not being able to share a feeling。
本大杂烩人……看过rent20周年巡演，对Larson略知一二，落实到影像上整个N次泪水在眼眶打转，基本上都围绕在音乐点上。加菲的表演也不蜘蛛侠，很ok！感动蔓延！
Bang! You're dead, what can you do?
跟爱乐之城差很远，可能是因为传记片的关系吧，加菲猫这个造型，显得太不抗老了。歌不难听，但是看起来无聊冗长，除了泳池里写出歌的那段还有点意思。
剥开音乐剧的壳，内核就是个三十岁焦虑的故事，不是粉丝，没有共鸣。
歌不行，真的不行，从头到尾没有一首让人印象深刻的，光从这点上来说就是失败的音乐剧电影了。加菲都快四十岁的人怎么还是那么有少年气，但片子里一直好hysterical。三十岁，so what？不明白主角为啥这么焦虑，焦虑到都快有狂躁症了，无法relate。
纵你这样那样那样这样热泪盈眶，可歌真的不好听，远不如爱乐之城，连一个明星的诞生都比不上。0522

追求梦想真的不易，ps在看完的凌晨看到了史蒂芬桑德海姆去世的消息🙏
各方面都令人想要和《爱乐之城》对比。但本片无论是音乐上还是对爱情与梦想之间挣扎的表现，都差了许多。
Turn 30 in 1990
百感交集。对宽街和NYC的爱，林漫威永远能表达得到位。Rent是在我刚到纽约的第二个月结束了长达12年的演出，很遗憾没能看到。但教授和房东都安利过，加上看了各种视频，所以四舍五入就算看过了，当然影片中并没有太多关于Rent的着墨，而聚焦于Jonathan Larson。剧情节奏把握得很好，一直都有秒针在倒数的感觉。创作，生活，恋爱，哪一件事又不是在倒数呢？明天随时可能失去一切，唯有当下必须抓住。
