剧情介绍

The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances.     吉屋出租是我最最喜欢的音乐剧之一，很高兴它的作者终于拥有了一部传记片，他确实是个了不起的作者，很可惜他没有机会写出更多的剧作，也不会知道他的作品带给观众的欢乐和感动了。这部传记片与其说是让观众更了解吉屋出租的作者乔纳森拉森，倒不如说是让观众有机会听到他除了吉屋出租以外创作的其他优秀的歌曲，走得太早了，真是天妒英才啊……

    用处理舞台剧的手法来拍电影，连带着加菲也用夸张式的舞台剧状态来表演，能感受到努力但也觉得有些用力过猛，基本也是全片观感的缩影。剧中剧的模式其实有些节奏上的割裂，尤其在于主线落脚点找不准状况下；稍微了解一下背景能被Jonathan的事迹打动，但片子内呈现的效果就很cliché了。
