剧情还算紧凑，但制作一般，演员表现良莠不齐，整体中规中矩。这将会不会是第一部先上网络后上院线的院线片？！2.5星。。。
有些台词人名和细节真的太艹了哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈，为了这种中日都长的植物我要多给两星
也不是不能看，只是为hk拍这种程度的片而感到遗憾
如果死者的父亲不是超级富豪，能与有权者平起平坐，故事的走向还会是正义战胜邪恶吗，鸡蛋与高墙的力量悬殊实在是天壤之别。因此结尾处那段说教真是太教条了。与其说法治，不如说法律是有钱权者的玩具，需要的时候怎么利用都可以。演员们尤其是老戏骨演技真是精湛。
太爱智叔了，除了半颗星给曾江，其他的都给智叔
一、搅屎棍英国的律师都不戴假髮了，这些外貌是中国人的法律职业人员还戴着可笑的东西。
剧情中规中矩，基本合理，就是太平铺直叙了一点。
我愿意把这当作律政强人续集来看 如果廖启智也演律师就更完美

老戏骨飙戏，很有看头，就是故事陈旧了些，为了最后的反转，多加一颗星吧。
廖叔的遗作，然而我还是不能给一个高分，每个人转变的都太快了，不合理，最后的刻意拔高，让我不得不再次减星，但为了廖叔，最后一部吧。

这悬疑感，这对白，这表情，这细节，这老套的剧情，都尬出天际线了！2🌟都嫌多
结尾烂尾了，虽然解释了但仍然是突兀地反转，强行的胜利。并且还是大佬的胜利，本质上没有改变世界。
情节来说不过不失，老中演员的演技满分，青年演员就一般般，结果上说童话故事吧。
从电影的角度来说，这个收尾真是很牵强，但同为父母，我倒是能理解这样的安排和表达。
还行把，反正我看完了。虽然感觉剧情不是太紧凑，但是还可以。最后说了一堆冠冕堂皇的话，就是感觉有点突兀。
