演而优则导的吉伦哈尔家姐姐的处女作及格了。现时和回忆双线叙事的剧本结构虽不新鲜，但很考校节奏。奥莉维亚的演技着实了得，以至于年长的女主戏明显比年轻时更好看。话说这片不该加个「犯罪」标签吗？
而如果说里卡多是妮可力挽狂澜强撑起全片，本片就是扣曼光芒闪耀绝杀了这场个人秀。她的小表情为人物注入的活力，她一再谈起女儿时复杂变化的神情，远比闪回片段更行之有效。
很女性的一部影片，几乎是在看影后飙戏，年轻演员演技也尚可，但除了文本性贡献外，剧情和可讨论的深度都不够惊艳
好棒的电影处女作。the lost daughter 不如说是the lost mother。女人一旦成为母亲，这个角色就要背负一生，不管是爱自由爱学术天生自私，简直无处逃离。

确实很费兰特，关注女性个体经验，这次是母亲在个人情感所求和对孩子的爱之间的摇摆，很多主观镜头帮助观众走进内心世界。我还发现费兰特真的很喜欢海滩度假，也许是某种童年回忆吧。
偷走娃娃的另一种解读：女儿没有娃娃会更加折磨母亲，她想看着那位年轻母亲生活地愈加疲惫，而合理化自己当初抛弃女儿们的行为。
