The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 有些电影，即使经过时间的洗礼，现在看上去仍然经典，不会过时。可惜这一部不是。影片的思想性可以说是相当高，但是艺术性和故事性均无甚特色，因此无法成为超越时代的经典。不过在我观影时，王心刚出场的时候，很多同场的阿姨都举起了手机拍照，让我想起了看《地久天长》时，王源一出场，我身边及前排数十名小姑娘都在摄屏。可见即使是扮演反派，帅哥的魅力仍然难以抗拒啊~
