堂而皇之的公开践踏人权，在拥有第一修正案的美国尚且不能拿起法律武器来维护，可见人的权利的维护时时刻刻不能被忽视，被搁置，被让渡。电影最后一幕，当一个个名字被念出，那份真正的爱国者光辉光芒万丈。
并不存在完美的制度，还需要人心和思想来将它维持在一个可持续的状态，而凝结于全体社会中的心性与观念就是传统习俗和价值取向。当然，当一个制度光从逻辑推理上看就存在很多的漏洞，就别指望更高层次的那些了。WYT
