The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 自由的代价是“生命的一切”。故事很精彩，描绘了南非一群为了理想和正义而战斗、牺牲的战士和英雄，同时也展示了殖民主义、种族主义分子的偏狭残忍。
山田杏奈很可爱，描写人物心理还是很细腻的

前半段的时候还一直跟自己说不要带着三观看！看到后面就觉得没有讨厌的人（除了那个有家室的男的）青春真好啊 ！从想结束生命到还是在地球上好好活着吧，纯果然是成长了很多，很喜欢这部电影，色调和风景都很好看！
真实事件改编，借一次所谓的恐怖事件，反映当时南非的种族黑暗……影片的细节刻画也很出色，人性的种种令人唏嘘。
这对那个“光辉岁月”的南非，是完全必要且正确的。从对自由的孤注一掷，到斯德哥尔摩综合症化的群体共情和高呼自由，不但不是免费，而且付出的代价是一切。无论这个非典型“打劫”银行事件，是不是对南非真有这么重要，至少电影以紧凑的节奏，拍出振聋发聩的激情，让人信服它的重要性。
电影版画面很唯美、故事讲的也很好；
看完一段时间完全想不起来剧情了，大概是关于成长吧，发生在高中生身上一切都合理
