The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 有可能不太能欣赏这种一直高频歌唱的歌舞剧，911背景下依然没有感到感动，个人角度。
就个人而言，这部音乐剧给我的感触不是很深，可能某些剧情会有所触动，里面的音乐也没能让我记忆犹深。
第一看这种类型的音乐剧，没有经典音乐剧耳熟能详、令人心潮澎湃的唱段，也没有《汉密尔顿》《Six》那样流行得抓耳又抓眼，扣准现代大众审美，相比之下它的故事铺开得有点平淡写实，但这样的节奏和画面又并不无趣。

Pr：911事件禁飞后一个偏僻的小岛和小镇热情大方地接待帮助被滞留旅客。小镇人口突然翻倍造成的资源紧张和不同文化的人种没有激发矛盾和不满，反而是大家互相鼓励共度难关。人类在大灾难面前展现出的强大的共情能力、互相照顾、无私善意，人性中最美好的部分在恶劣的环境中更加凸显的闪闪发光。“who am I if I don’t feel like the me from yesterday” “somewhere in the middle of nowhere you’ll find your heart and left a part of you behind”“We honor what was lost, but we also commemorate what we found”
悲与喜带来的历史与2022之间的一致性，使得苦难没有意义，虚无又穿透了我。
2001至2021，世界变了又好像没变。先不说这样的美式主旋律正能量和国内作品的立意高下问题，100分钟的舞台演绎中，完全打破了传统音乐剧的情节和幕次、空间与场景、台词与唱段的界限，让技术完全为艺术表达服务，就很赞！

好看！但这个简介还以为真的苹果会将这个改编成电影呢 结果还是官摄啊
挺煽情的，但不知道少了点什么总觉得不够打动人，可能是现在对于这种“对陌生人的慷慨和温情”已经充满了怀疑吧
如果没有疫情 去年的这个时候 我已经坐在文广 在现场成为了一名纽芬兰人
呜呜呜呜泪目了，什么时候国内也能有这种类型的优秀音乐剧……

可以说是 more than perfect
打卡官摄。911事件次生影响，上百架飞机上的乘客滞留在加拿大某一小镇上与原住民之间发生的故事为背景。尽管题材沉重，但是全剧整体积极正能量。甭管上海zf的迷惑操作，但是剧中国难时刻一方有难八方支援的情节和现在上海收到了各省捐赠物资的经历真的挺像的。所以这部戏挺适合在如今疫情这么严重的时候拿出来看一遍的。。12个一人分饰多角的中老年演员也确实很厉害，全剧下来仅凭借12个椅子和两张桌子这样简陋的舞美就毫无违和感的演绎出了上百人的感觉。
小舞台，省演员，12人个个分饰多角，营造出人声鼎沸之感。技术上节奏明快，过场如飞，毫不拖泥带水，却一点也不突兀，有非常高水准。故事上就是一报告文学，却让人看得津津有味，灾难之际陌生人似乎更易释放善意，写得足够细腻。当然对于遭受更多苦难与灾难的人群来说显得似乎有些矫情。
最感动的几个moment和唱段。他们铺起毯子开始祷告的一段。👮飞行员的唱段，Me and the Sky - Suddenly there's nothing in between me and the sky. ✈️ 返程飞机上的唱段，Somewhere in the middle of nowhere, you've found your heart and left a part of you behind. 💦 分别的唱段，Something’s missing. 👨🌾 岛民最后的唱段，Tonight we honor what was lost, but we also commemorate what we found.
2021.09.12 眼泪从第一首就开始流。陌生人的善意是这个世间还有美好存在的证明。
超棒！在疫情时期和911二十周年之际，很有力量的一部人性音乐剧❤️
