The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 没有人会比钱老板的美国白男形象更典型了的吧？演了很多遍的退伍人狗的故事
很奇怪，为什么不穿插进一些战场的片段，那样岂不是更精彩更丰满？

一般般吧，我就记得：“毁了我有史以来最好的3P”这个台词了。
不同于其他的狗狗片，Lulu不是一只典型的乖狗狗，她也有PTSD，工作使命使然，和男主的关系也是逐渐建立，互相治愈。

注入了过剩的情感，添上了多余的背景，人物在前半段过分专注于自身，让最后的救赎来得生硬，成功毁了原作的故事。
剧情确实太老套，但全片氛围感较好。看到男友有点出戏，总想起他在爱恋里面的表演，以为又是一部情色片。
挺好的题材，人与狗互相救赎只是表，PTSD才是里，但情感的过渡不够自然导致观众共情失败，有点差强人意。
