220721. ★★★★★☆.解压！反派的狠劲犹如子丹哥上身，肉搏战较前作全面升级，力道呈现堪称当代韩国时装动作片的典范（之一）（去年的代表是摩加迪沙）；编导和战术顾问（有的话）的智商在吴东均被捅一段临时剧烈下线，大为拉低了影片的格调。问一下资深的大人们，在一拳警官的绝对力量面前，“杀气”这玩意儿有什么用？能叠物抗抵多几拳？雷奇和斯塔赫斯基镜头下的人物不过是比张谦“编舞”更眼花缭乱罢了，跟本作是一条路子的吗？？？多点视智重疾的自觉，少嗦鬼子少放屁。年度笑话。

完成度很高，细节处理得到位，合格的动作商业片！

比第一部强，笑点节奏搭配蛮好。模板化虽然老套，但就是有效果。

还可以，不过壮汉马冬梅的拳脚有点看腻了，就那么两三个动作循环播放，不禁让人想起灵魂三问：什么冬梅？马什么梅？马冬什么？
马东锡太可爱了！具先生砍人好可怕哦！几处小幽默抖得挺好！
建议改为《西八都市2》，看完电影别的没学会，就光西八了。

还是第一部看起来比较酷。第二部男主没第一部有杀伤力
韩国拍这些商业片给我一种爽却不新鲜的味道，总感觉是在走香港早已走过的动作老路。只不过是甄子丹、洪金宝等一众打星赏心悦目的动作变成了“西八量超标”的耳光和猩猩拳罢了。
不如第一部，🍊哥狠劲有了，却还是缺点东西。靠马东锡撑起来的剧有点勉强
