The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 同时，导演也交代了目前法国的法律和司法制度的环境背景之当代完美现状：陪审团制、无罪推断原则、法律的矫正功能和教育意义以及社会意义、司法独立不受舆论操弄、淡化法律的惩罚意义、关注两位当事人的心理修复和社会修复等。 而，既然是思想实验，剩下的，就交给诸位讨论了。
对女孩要温柔。两种不同文化，不同阶层的人对性对玩的理解是不一样的。喜欢被告律师结案，正义不需要战士，它需要的是公正的法官。对结尾完全同意原告主张的审判既意外又不意外。
女性视角还是蛮戳的，吴磊台词太差了一直没搞懂是凭什么有人气的…剔除首尾看
故事是场罗生门，无奈剪辑太散，节奏太慢，完全没有达到观点在不同的陈述中反复横跳的效果。男女双方双人视角分开很容易先入为主，结尾双方律师说的倒是蛮精彩。夏洛特·甘斯布这戏份也是迷惑…

tv是差，但中段小金牛篇还是能找补回来

中村优一的角色设定挺好就是写的一般立不起来。邪恶特利迦配色没那么华丽花哨皮套又好看了。
