The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 结尾疲软了，但不足以影响我在这个故事体验过的感动和反思。另，Ben Platt 诚然是大了，但绝不至于很违和；假使你连CW那种选角都看得下去，就更没理由从这个角度吐槽。
4原剧成本很小，出彩点是新颖的舞台设计，以及反传统的极简舞台和极简音乐(全是solo抒情段)。电影版却非要在排场和编曲上下功夫，离谱。

极其不适合adapt成电影的一部musical 不过作为画画的时候背景放着的电影/音乐依然是超感动的 每次听都会让人想起伦敦现场的感觉-热泪盈眶
影版总觉得差了点意思，不过歌好评，想看官摄了
这是今年最最最最喜欢的音乐剧，电影表达出了音乐剧本来的意思，结局不圆满反而更真实了，本来，人生本来就没有guarantee你会被found

抱着和音乐剧一样水准的期待来看的，感觉因为电影的主流化需求而失去了一些东西。电影里对于抑郁症、网络暴力等等的描写太过于云淡风轻了，人物的本性也比起音乐剧里更加美化，as if everyone will be found，as if everyone can be found
没有音乐剧好看，还删了anybody have a map Conner妈妈唱段😢
不管怎样我是觉得 能把音乐剧搬到大屏幕是一件很好的事情 希望这个故事被更多人知道

作为电影太单调了，既get不到内核，也没有音乐剧的幽默，音乐剧里eh是被迫推动撒谎，但是电影里像个矫情的小孩
降低心理预期看就还好，能在影院听DEH我有什么可不知足的
另外Alana五官好漂亮。
