In 1865, during the siege of Richmond, Virginia, the union soldiers POW Captain Harding, Neb and Herbert escape in a balloon during a storm with two confederate prisoners, Sergeant Pencroft and the journalist Spilett. The uncontrollable wind takes the balloon to a mysterious island in the South Pacific in the area of New Zealand. Captain Harding self-proclaims the leader of the group and they look for food; sooner they discover that they are stranded in an island. Further, they are attacked by a giant crab that becomes their first meal. Along the days, they build a shelter and finds that the island is inhabited by giant animals. A couple of days later, they find two castaways on the beach, the aristocratic Lady Mary Fairchild and her sexy niece Elena. Later they find a trunk with weapons and instruments like sextant and shelter with a journal of a man left alone in the island by pirates. When the pirate vessel arrives in the island, they are helped by Captain Nemo of the Nautilus, a submarine that had supposedly sunk in the coast of Mexico eight years ago. 将莎翁的剧本具象化是什么样子？大概就是这个样子吧。布景的氛围、转场的过渡、调度的形态都是戏剧式的，演员的演绎自不必说，但就还是影像式的呈现。是一部极简的电影，简到与核心思想一样凝练。

（7.0/10）乔尔·科恩这次的活儿实际不多啊，个别场景删掉了，有几个调换了次序。给人感觉还是一部舞台剧的录像，但丰富的机位变化得以更好地捕捉演员的表情，不过仅此而已，更多的空间关系并没有得到很好的构造。摄影是范本级的。其实我偏爱那种精神内核一脉相承但是外表魔改的莎剧。

丹泽尔·华盛顿这个演法我是受不了的，动作太多了，飘的。
比想象中好很多很多，剧情走向有点反套路，ending位置很巧妙，戛然而止，但到“这里”确实刚刚好。troye少年感满满，虽然皮肤状态有点颓废了，但清爽的脆弱感依旧很够。
室外舞台剧，画面出彩，剧情乏味，大段哲理对白貌似伯格曼附体。极简又不极简，精致又不经典，都在照本宣科的走台。6.2

导演需要莎士比亚把自己作品的平均评分往下拉一拉
看之前我没看简介，我以为是什么旧瓶装新酒的片子，结果，还是他妈的麦克白！！！我就不明白了，导演一个个前仆后继的死忠的拍莎士比亚到底是图啥！！！不是说莎士比亚不好，而是前人已经留下很多佳作了，真的没必要了吧！！！而且我也不懂这种舞台剧风很重的片子，电影观众真的喜欢吗！！！虽然很多场景拍的还是让我眼前一亮，毕竟是科恩哥哥拍的，光线布景以及音效都挺妙的，但是整体真的喜欢不起来，看得我如坐针毡。
人在无助的时候最容易做傻事 但是经历过之后 才能真的长大 成熟 感谢生命中出现的那些个过客 都是彼此的消遣罢了
戳在里面的搭配好清新小男生，眼睛好好看！所以这片子就是为了提醒我们不要恋爱脑，男人靠不住吗……前面小糖水还是很甜的，最后竟然无反转
