The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 这是一部融合太多情感的剧，剧中有911大背景下每个人的焦灼与痛心，更有人与人之间相互依存取暖的温馨与感动。或许人与人之间的相互信任同协互助才是对恐怖主义最好的打击吧。

除此之外，剧本本身对911事件给美国社会心理带来的各方面影响的刻画也是相对比较到位的。
我们可以看到人类最大的善意闪光的同时也能不逃避自私与阴暗面，但是总是向善的。不回避创伤与痛苦的作品才是真正伟大的！这是一部没有任何理解壁垒的片子!太棒了

后半段很棒。所有演员的功底都超扎实。喜欢机长的Solo
不愧是百老汇啊，舞台上的每个人包括最后的乐手都是魅力四射，通过舞台，我们看到了在甘德这么一个平时被人遗忘的小镇，危难时刻涌现出人性的光辉，又通过中东人，飞行员，纽约市民，失去消防员的母亲等等个体完整的反应了整个事件，轻松而严肃，幽默又不失温情

好喜欢！百老汇实力真牛
转场令人映像深刻，但是可能事件太遥远，没办法引起共鸣
比想象的欢乐，虽然有些笑点没get到。基于911背景的真实故事，又是疫情期间百老汇恢复的第一次演出，现实意义远大于内容。作为一部音乐剧，感觉唱段有点少，也没有太令人印象深刻的曲子。机长的高音真是又稳又轻松，Diane那段I'm here也很棒
剧场版观影顺序：
看的百老汇官摄版本，歌曲好听，剧情节奏紧凑，只是故事内容单纯不是很对胃口，始终无法打动我。
