The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 几十年来，柬埔寨没有电影作品，日子也一样过。导演面对这样一个人口与经济体量和中国三线城市相当的国家，处理其现代性延迟到来的问题时，选择了退回个人的记忆之场，尽力做隐喻的尝试。这样“贫瘠”的作品，叙事的不够决绝与落地，其实是荒凉历史的孩子。平遥影展在北京，贾科长映前导览@中国电影资料馆。
柬埔寨和马来的影像表达虽然都很东南亚，潮湿、炫目、克制，但还是有很多的不同。
恐怖现象都挺夸张的，老梗是挺多，主要靠jump scare，但依然是只敢眯着眼睛看...人体模特那个感觉最好，冥婚的小哥感觉最帅

也不得不说这部故事集的电影女演员颜值好内卷。（秋昭贞是真美）
几个小故事谈不上特别惊悚吧，就还可以，但因为他一部电影包含了10个故事，所以每个故事的长度真的是挺短的。
都比较老套的都市传说，不当“正餐”，当“点心”看还可以。
不太恐怖，几个小故事拼凑而成，比较欧美风格的猎奇惊悚，加一点亚洲的鬼系惊悚，
故事太短了而且有点弱智了。恐怖效果没有发挥出来。

十个故事，个个都显得不合逻辑，也不显得恐怖。如果截取两三个，拍长一点，逻辑圆回来，也许会好点吧
非常一般，韩国的拼盘恐怖片也变得这么无聊了。
