一部电影包含3种触发泪点的元素：狗、机器人和将死之人。三者都很脆弱，其中一方受到伤害都会引发共情。小机器人没了令人心碎，演到最后简直提心吊胆，怕出现什么岔子。再说一次：汉克斯出演的角色真的都是遭罪的命啊！
设定上虽然有些矛盾存在，但是这不是科幻片，是在讨论一种可能性下的人性，看似简单的故事，内涵却极其丰富。人类在消亡，机器人还是个新生儿，结尾杰夫和狗的背影走过金门大桥，但是他们真的准备好了吗。
