The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 一部比一部差，而且这亲密戏根本就没必要加。
自己有问题解决了于是开始解决爸妈的问题，好吧…也要宇宙系列了么…
剧情更是乱78糟啊……！
说实话这部比2好看多了，起码颜值回升了不少，床戏虽平淡但稳定保持在四场五分钟的长度，最惊讶的是感情上面居然会有真实感，虽然狗血但感觉这俩真的是有在谈感情了，居然开始期待第四部了。
6分吧。拼命想知道剧情无限快进。黛莎的爸爸出现了。结尾剧情 让我知道这还有下一部。。。赫汀竟然是樊思的儿子。。男女主的爱总是这么热烈。又好像被不信任夹杂着。
所有的铺垫都为了那一刻全魔乱舞！死亡盛宴！
西方人此生最大的痛苦是自己的爱情和父母的爱情（原生家庭），而俺们中国人此生的痛苦都是上辈子造的孽。痛苦明确，所以西方人比较容易快乐，上辈子不知在哪，所以中国人一半不知快乐为何物，另一半不知快乐为何物，却以为自己知道。
劇情怎麼進展到原來男主角不是校長的兒子，而是女友老闆。。。後面的劇情大致都可以猜到了，繼續拆解男主小時候的家事吧。他們的關係實在亂啊~主角老媽在再婚前夜，想再來個婚前炮，慘遭兒子得知的故事~
没有剧情，除了吵架就是啪啪啪…
倒是觉得没那么差，没有特别抢眼的明星就掉价了？ 大概时长诟病，并没有那么多人兴趣该机构起源罢，但这类电影有个好处，我中间倒个水吃点东西，我听也行，比起很多我已经在好玩的在分析，那羊肯定有故事。

剧情越来越屎，女主越来越胖，唯一的看点情欲戏也拍得越来越差……只有男主冰块那段还行……男主脾气越来越差，不说是大学生，我还以为哪个马场跑出来的发情种马😅还有这sb剧情不会还要出第四部吧😅
