剧情介绍

The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances.     如果对中世纪文学意象和传说背景不熟悉，理解这部电影确实很有难度。整个电影像一部瑰丽奇幻的骑士版爱丽丝梦游仙境，狐狸、无头少女、巨人、城堡，都是骑士传奇故事中常见的自省象征，我倾向于把高文的这段旅途理解为彼得潘的成败交杂的成人之路，最后戛然而止的黑屏可以说是点睛之笔。一切浩大终究归于一瞬的醒悟，独立、责任，这些大人的东西，回顾起来，往往都是瞬间觉醒的。
