The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 回家的火车上看的，继《汉密尔顿》之后的第二部音乐剧。音乐剧这种东西，将音乐和剧情结合在一起，真的很有表现力，入坑了。小镇居民的援助，是人性中最原始的善的表达。
O！M！G！太好看了吧！来一群陌生人的善意！太好哭了！还很幽默！又哭又笑我本人了！里面的演员唱功也太好了！特别是女飞行员那里，看哭了！N刷的歌剧！
我太喜欢这部音乐剧了，充满了人文关怀，让欢乐和感动交融。这个在911发生之后，飞机上的人们和住在gander的人们相遇相识然后产生交集的美好故事，让一场灾难变得不那么悲伤。这部音乐剧并没有过分哀伤，而是有喜有悲，正是在灾难中让人性的光辉更加夺目耀眼。很多事情并不全是坏事，我们总要在黑暗中找到那一丝微光。

群像戏演得很好，很多主题，很正向，也很多泪点。人类的悲歌总会伴随着赞歌。
