有些想当能在家陪孩子的教练的球探，刚刚升职助理就被新老板再次赶去做球探，不过这次他真的遇到了好苗子，只不过好事多磨，新人的心理容易被人影响，然后就是传统热血片的训练成长最后的机会这样~虽然剧情结构传统，不过确实是热血运动题材的王道模式~而且也有不少金句~如“费城有全世界最棒的球迷，其实是最差的…但正因为如此是最棒的！”又如“优秀的球员清楚自己在场上的位置，伟大的球员清楚所有人的位置。”值得一看。话说主角球探是个白人老婆是个混血黑人，可为什么他的女儿比老婆感觉还黑？这样正常么？
