The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 特别精致，调度工作做的很足，但缺乏一股创新感，光线风格讲究戏剧感，缺乏真实性
年度大灾难，是有几场戏的编排不错，比如说舞会，还有抢枪什么的，其他部分简直尬出天际，很多镜头都不知道是在拍爱情片还是同性电影...音乐片真的是退环境了，没有《倒数时刻》《爱乐之城》这种音乐工作作为故事背景的话，一言不合就尬舞的效果可能还不如宝莱坞。斯皮尔伯格的最佳导演提名倒是实至名归，毕竟要不是他的编排，这个片子可能第一场戏就直接降到1星了，如此垃圾的剧本，谁都救不活啊。

20220329 断断续续看了四天，太无聊了……
经典在前，斯导执筒，剧情有些许变革，但同时也有还需要改变的地方；女主唱功是有的，男主要撑起这么一个大戏还需要历练；女配全剧最亮眼，预测可能会捧一座小金人。另：女主将会出演迪士尼《白雪公主》真人电影。
这个女主还确实老得很明显啊……也不是每个女的都能演好chikflim的……
场面调度和摄影都很喜欢，音乐结合舞蹈也十分精彩，只是故事的逻辑多少难以接受，没有代入感。
3.5 enjoy it better with this new one, with better choreograph, cinematograph and maybe the cast except the leading actor. BUT BUT this is still the same story which I could not agree with on many aspects. where's the original story / idea.. and when to stop endless sequels and reboots..
4.5，视与听无一处不精雕细刻，以成熟的技术制造的感动非常有诚意，好几场看得眼泪打转。不太能够理解的有几处音乐的改编，和弦和乐器选择真是诡异啊……

摄影和运镜都非常出色，但是剧情？？？这样的剧情放如今来看全是槽点。
情节内容和顺序上的调整，补强了原故事的逻辑链条，只是睡了杀人凶手那个最大的bug之一还是原封不动的照搬了过来。也加入了一定的底层白人困境、与移民的冲突和女性主义等当代改良元素。只是这样的话还有必要拍歌舞片吗？歌舞片段的表现力远及不上当年的话，倒还不如改编成一个当代故事剧情片。
