The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 这无疑是老爷子的谢幕之作，等于说是一部西部版“完美的世界”。从上个世纪炙手可热的好莱坞巨星，再到独具一格的电影巨匠，东木老爷子经历了太多坎坷，其中最艰难的是和好莱坞的右派势力斗争，可现在电影里，他呈现的是迟暮和衰老，或许他真的应该休息了。
4/10 就是拉了，影调风格和配乐还是一贯的东木味道，精致考究；但在单薄羸弱的80s老剧本之下，和没有任何特色的配角以及仅靠三言两语推动的剧情也实在难以称得上是优秀。差强人意算得上，但绝不至于晚节不保
剧本弱，片中最有男子气概的角色竟然是一只鸡！
看的好难受啊，情愿相信东木是为了那段话才拍了这部电影，这片子完全就是下水道级别，人物塑造简直烂到家，故事逻辑也不要了，尤其与男孩妈妈共处一室那段，虽然你是世界上最帅的老头，但你觉得自己还有性魅力吗？
剧情各方面很一般。老爷爷90岁自导自演真的是厉害。今后应该不会再出来拍戏了吧
去墨西哥时汽车与奔马并行的镜头掌控、配乐及片尾曲的选择，足见功力。
整体剧情非常平淡，东木老爷子一把年纪了还亲自下场也挺不容易了，祝福老爷子长命百岁吧！
电影本身两星都够呛，但是还能看到老东木，就不敢再做奢求。

高产之下，维持质量只是奢望。不过向91岁的老人的敬业精神致敬。

属于老年人的温存。但剧本属实是有些硬伤。确实就算是东木的忠粉这次也很难打出四星了。但是看老爷子这身体状况挺不错的，应该还能再拍吧，持续期待。
画外:老当益壮！
近些年伊斯特伍德的片子都在表达他内心的宁静。
东木老爷子还真是不闲着，拍完骡子又搞这么一出没什么剧情的片子，一老一小一鸡走一路，还找了个墨西哥娘们在无名小镇安了家
劇情有點平淡，也沒什麼出彩吸引人的部分，中間部分氣氛挺好，結局有點蹩腳，整體來說沒有預想中來得好。
战战兢兢瞅着东木的一举一动，生怕他闪着腰。能导能演还能说什么？挥了一次拳，骑了马，在公鸡帮助下抢了一次枪。
