不错。虽是张伯伦的洗白片，也是相对客观还原，在元历史框架内的虚构情节编织巧妙，英德双线的节奏都具备充足压迫性，杰尼斯·纽沃纳的表演非常优秀，稳压乔治·麦凯，至于希特勒的演员简直是整部戏最大败笔，咋找的？
典型的为表现主题，瞎凑各种大俗烂、想当然、不合理、不严谨桥段。
决定人类历史走向的风云时刻，两位高材生想要逆天改命，但最终无法阻挡历史的车轮滚滚向前。深洗张伯伦的影片，我基本上快信了他的曲线救国哈哈，这和我学的历史书不太一样呦~

真实历史之下架空的故事让发挥的空间小得多，虽然片子在某种程度上给出了对于张伯伦想法的解释，但是片尾字幕硬是夸大慕尼黑谈判给战争胜利带来的意义却也可笑。
慕尼黑会议的细节很写实，但洗白张伯伦不可取 还有演希特勒的演员没选好
牛津毕业的二位同学为挽救和平而努力奋斗，但没有效果。

如果不去探究历史，就这个剧情还能看。如果去探究历史，原来历史还可以这样拍。
保罗最后没开枪的剧情，逻辑上没立住。影片最后字幕标注张伯伦之死，竟有些唏嘘和悲凉。
事後諸葛，洗白傾向十分明顯。但是青年演員真的很棒，只靠演技就能表現出少年成年時不同的差距，恍若真實。面對主動且動機明顯的敵人，一位地退讓避戰幻想就是一種錯誤甚至罪惡！學學邱吉爾吧！！！
一触即发的大战，他们有别的选择，但他们没选择其他答案。
