The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 一开始就猜到了结局…… 都是好演员，就是太缺一分悬念让人聚精会神。

看完感觉蛮复杂的心情，提到鸡蛋跟高墙的对立，结果打败高墙的是团伙的内讧，以及用伪造证据的手法。程序非正义的正义是不是正义？
老戏骨演得好，剧本麻麻地了，警察的角色太单薄，太突然。

殺妻兇手作為破局牽線人設定得不錯，不算為了過審而加上自首一鍋端的話，利用偽造証供標榜人無完人、公義賽高就有點畫蛇添足了
剧本一般，有点牵强，对抗性不够。女一很美，扮演死者的女三也很不错。
剧本整体是有港片味道的，尤其对于看过《律政强人》的来说，本剧一直被调侃为律政强人的影版后续，只不过，张强仍在，与其对决的却不是KC了。

有些不像电影，更像电视剧的sp。TVB有个和这个类似的电视剧，不知道有什么关系?
監獄裡拿牙刷捅人那一段看著好揪心。。結局是好的。。現實中也會這樣嗎？

属实一般。如果死者是个普通家庭的孩子就彻底犯案无望了。正义还是没有伸张，或者说根本没法伸张，只是钻了法律的空子而已。
悬念太少，结尾太顺，证人证言都是钱买的，正义公道也只是碰巧吧
很难相信，曾经英美法系最注重珍贵的程序正义的香港，最终选择了这个解决方案。可见，真的是，末法时代了。 学法的人一声叹息。
