The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 戏说传奇人物，但没有拍出特别的传奇味来，差了那么点意思。
典型的史诗级西部大片。人物很少，没有女人，只有硬汉群像，马，枪，人。剧情很少，虚拟了逃匿在西部农场的老比利小子，和他的儿子，救了一个人，引来一群人，解决完这群人后被反啮。对话很少，几处比较集中的对话，那不是拖沓，是时代的印记，穿插了邦尼的反思、少年的成长、往日的辉煌，值得咂摸。枪战很少，结尾的枪战无疑很出色，突出了历史上比利小子的拔枪速度、步履轻盈、心思缜密。过瘾。
3.5，画面，质感，服装都很对味，剧情有些忒简单，完全可以丰富一些
西部版《我和我的家乡》+《我和我的父辈》。一个女性角色都没有。就是稳准狠，把西部片最吸引男性观众的元素全部提炼了出来，也顺便把女性观众和娘炮踢的远远的。
西部风格，悠远辽阔。大爷虽离江湖已远，但大爷还是那个大爷。
非常现代的西部片拍法，那种现代社会对老西部的迷之憧憬挥散不去，反应到电影里最具象化的表现就是儿子和父亲的矛盾冲突了。不过拍法虽然是现代西部，但依旧没有创新，甚至连构图都和近几年的西部片无差。比利小子的梗玩到现在。

最后的中枪，好比英雄迟暮。其实也是西部片的现状，一声回响。7.5
2022年还有西部片 赞 不过距离经典的西部片差了点 比利小子真是西部片的图腾啊…
节奏慢得惊人。为毛要先安排一场拿长枪与匪徒对峙的戏？
当代电影太需要回归这种朴实无华风了，哪怕有剧情瑕疵，它也是个正经电影啊！
四星不值，三星可惜。拿来当打牙祭还是不错，不无聊
确实像有的网友说的，我也有些担心这儿子离家之后的境遇。就联想到不久前看的The Green Knight里面，Gawain出城没多久便被人抢了绑在树林里。
这个时代的电影西部片很难得了，就连剧本故事，甚至儿子的选角都在告诉我们西部片属于已经过去的那个年代，质感不错，配乐不错，很有味道。

瘦弱佝偻，面部扭曲，脸色苍白，但拿枪的手永远不会抖动。这大概是现实中gunslinger的样子吧。
